By using WalletPanas ("we", "us", or "the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction. You represent and warrant that your use of WalletPanas does not violate any applicable law.

2. Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, including your password, 2FA device, and API keys. WalletPanas is not liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials.

3. Demo vs. Live Accounts

Every user receives a Demo account with virtual funds for practice. Trades placed in Demo mode are simulated and have no monetary value. Live-mode trades execute against real market prices and involve real funds.

4. Trading Risk

Cryptocurrency trading is highly volatile and carries significant risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your funds. You trade at your own risk. See our Risk Disclosure for details.

5. Fees

Trading fees are 0.1% per filled order. Network fees for withdrawals are passed through to you and published on our Fees page.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Money laundering, financing of terrorism, or other illegal activity.
  • Market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, or front-running.
  • Creating multiple accounts to evade limits or bonuses.
  • Using the service from a sanctioned jurisdiction.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, freeze balances, or refuse transactions if we suspect fraud, violation of these Terms, or regulatory requirement.

8. No Investment Advice

Nothing on WalletPanas constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice. Consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WalletPanas is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
