• Identity verification: full name, date of birth, country, ID type and number, ID photos, selfie (collected only if you submit KYC).
• Security: login IP, user agent, 2FA secret, anti-phishing code.
• Trading: orders, trades, deposit addresses, withdrawal records.
• Technical: browser type, device, timestamps.

• Provide, secure, and improve the Platform.
• Comply with AML / KYC and other legal obligations.
• Communicate about your account, security, and product updates.
• Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud or abuse.

3. How We Protect Your Information

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Session tokens are httpOnly and scoped to the domain. 2FA secrets are stored encrypted. All connections are HTTPS / TLS 1.2+.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with vetted service providers (email delivery, cloud infrastructure, KYC verifiers), and with authorities where required by law.

5. Retention

We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account exists and for up to 7 years afterward, as required by financial regulations.

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected]. Note that records required for legal compliance cannot be deleted.
